Every enquiry is read by a planner rather than sorted by a queue, and you will have a reply within one working day. Tell us your dates or the month you have in mind, how many of you are travelling with the ages of any children, and one or two things you would be sorry to miss.

- Office: 23 Ma May, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, Vietnam. Visitors are welcome, though a day or two of notice means somebody will be at the desk.
- Office hours: 08:30 to 18:00 Vietnam time, GMT+7, Monday to Saturday. Mail sent from Europe or North America in the evening is generally answered before you wake.
- While you are travelling with us: the duty number in your final documents is answered outside office hours, including Sundays, for delayed flights, illness, a driver who has not appeared, or anything else that will not wait until morning.

Frequently asked questions
What time zone are you in, and when will someone read my message?
Hanoi runs on GMT+7. The desk is staffed 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Saturday. Messages arriving overnight are picked up first thing the next working morning, and a reply follows within one working day. Sunday enquiries are normally answered on Monday.
Is there someone to call if something goes wrong mid-trip?
Yes. Travellers on one of our journeys are given a duty number in their final documents, and it is answered outside office hours and at weekends. Use it for a delayed flight, a driver who has not turned up, a hotel problem or a medical question. In an emergency call local services first, then us.
Do I have to know my exact dates before I write?
No. A month and a rough number of nights is enough to start, and many people begin there. We will reply with a route and an honest note on what that month looks like for weather and crowds. A written price comes once dates and party size are settled.
